How to Order

We offer two ways to purchase our pottery from your home or office.

We do suggest you email us to determine the availability of a specific item. We do not always have every color and style in stock.

If you wish to order using Check/Money order, mail a copy of your email order acknowledgment with your payment. Email is not secure and we recommend that you call us with your credit card information -- do not send your credit card number via email. Shipping

We only ship within the United States at this time.

We offer a special shipping cost of $5.00 a box when you order on the internet for the flower arrangers, shadow lamps, urchin pots under $125.00, and horsehair pots under $100.00. One of a kind specialty pots and larger horsehair pieces will be shipped at actual cost.

We are happy to ship your purchase to another address and enclose any gift card you would like to send. Simply enclose the note with your order and provide the other address.

Guarantee

We want you to love living with our pots. If you are not satisfied for any reason, upon arrival of your pottery, you may return it for an immediate refund, less shipping charges within 15 days from date of delivery along with notice to us of intent to return. The pot must be packaged as you received it and insured for its full value.

Privacy

The only information we collect is the name and address of customers and visitors who join our mailing list. This is the only use we make of this information. It will not be given away or sold for any purpose. We simply wish to inform those who are interested when we will be exhibiting at an art show in their area or to inform our patrons, by email, of new work and changes in the galleries.
